All caravans come with the required accessories to hook up and go, water pump and 40 liter fresh water barrel, 40 liter waste water tank, caravan site power lead, corner steady winder, step, battery.

All our caravans come with new electrical conversion required RCD and sockets as well as a 4 year certificate of compliance.

Gas compliance certification and gas appliance endorsement check and certification.

New VTNZ warrant plus registration just prior to port pick up and last for 12 months from that date.

All caravans are cris checked and cleared overseas for money owing and theft registration.

All caravans have 3 month warranty on appliances unless otherwise stated and agreed upon.
Any caravan deposit or full payment prepaid is 100% refundable if on arrival the caravan is not as described, has mayjor defects that interfere with the funtionality of the caravan and cannot be fixed, any wood rot or longterm water ingress problem that cannot be remedied, any major issues where remedy is not possible, we reserve the right to refund instead of repair if any repair expense will exceed any margins allowed for in the agreed price unless the customer agrees to negotiate to pay part or all of the repair bill by negotiation.

IMPORTANT: Any refund is only for money paid and is not able, in any way to accrue interest, or compensation, any discounts given on caravan prices for upfront payments are not refundable or redeemable under any circumstances.

Depending on available stock at my(directors)discrection, I may be able to offer a different caravan and apply similar amount of discount as if prepaid should there be issues with the ordered caravan and wish to purchase an alternative. My goal will always be to make you happy with your purchase and the process of purchasing directly from the UK.

There is the possibility of a refund if you change your mind about the caravan but would also be a case by case basis, just enquire as soon as you can to discuss options - I am not obligated to refund on this basis.

Small cosmetic nicks and dings that do not interfere with functions of the caravan are not something that is considered a defect as there is to be a certain amount of waer and tear with any used caravan, please look closely at any photos supplied. Please also remember different computers display colors of photos differently depending on settings, so this may cause the apperance to vary slightly from actual color of item.

All caravans are insured from depot in the UK to my caravan depot in Katikati, if prepaid you will need to put onto your own comprehensive policy while we have it to complete certs etc.

Process Once you find a caravan offer that you want to purchase, based on as many videos and photos I have sent you, we agree on a price, as a general rule 70% is then paid and I arrange the purchase of the caravan, get the vin recorded and the caravan gets delivered to the packaging yard, I will get an inwards report of the caravan and noted, is the Vin number, I forward these to you, it is then packaged into the container with a partner caravan, container is sealed with a tamper proof seal, and the container number and contents is recorded and I get notified of all of the documents and also load photos as well. It is then loaded on a vessel and sails headed first to Singapore. Here it changes vessel and will either head to Australia for a couple of stops or heads directly to NZ shores before arriving approx 12-14 weeks later in Tauranga. This is when the balance payment is made, you now transfer the caravan into your name and insure on a full comprehensive policy prior to us picking it up. I will register the caravan and give you the number plate to be able to do this. Caravans can be viewed from this point at our home depot in Katikati. Over the next 10-14 days we undertake the process of getting it electrical and gas certified and install any extras like solar, self containment cert or add awnings etc. It gets a 12 month Wof for on road compliance. We give all of the caravans a thorough service which includes a resealing of all seams and joins, it is important you allow us the time we need with it to be able to complete that thoroughly, it is then made available for collection or delivery where we give a full handover of the caravan demonstrating all appliances going.

Condition guarantee If on arrival there is something wrong with the caravan that was not pointed out prior to purchasing and it is something we cannot remedy satisfactorily, you will be entitled to a refund of money paid. This has to be something that interferes with the use of the caravan or health and safety of the caravan. Small age related marks will be visible in the pre purchase photos so please examine carefully before agreeing to purchase.
